You will need: No equipment required, but I will be sitting on something, so bench or chair.
Format: see below
Circuit 1: Descending Ladder
60,50,40,30,20,10
Ice skater
Pushup bear hop
2 knees, 4 scissors
Sit squat jump
Circuit 2: Ascending/Descending
2 exercises done for 10-1, and 1-10
Burpees and V sits
Circuit 3: 30/30/60 (30 sec cardio, 30 sec cardio, 60 sec abs)
4 different rounds
