Описание: Phumla is a mom to two boys aged 12 and 9. She is also an occupational therapist with a special interest in ergonomics. She has done radio, TV interviews and corporate launches. Phumla is passionate about creating ergonomically sound work spaces that allow entrepreneurs, employees, and people working from home to thrive in their workstations while reducing the risk of injuries. She has done a Harvard Mentor management programme, completed her OT degree from Wits and has further training from the University of Cape Town and the University of Pretoria.

Phumla is also one half of the Leader's Library, which strives to bring together aspiring leaders, brave business owners and motivated managers to participate in several business leadership book read-alongs throughout the year.
