Wedding Cake Cupcakes:
Ingredients(Cake):
1/4 vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar substitute
1/4 cup coconut flour
2/3 cup almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Ingredients(Frosting):
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons almond extract
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Divide 2 tablespoons in each muffin liner. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Mix all frosting ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Frost your cupcakes & enjoy!
Macros: (makes 12...one per serving)
Fat: 18 grams
Calories: 195
Protein: 4 grams
Net Carbs: 2 grams
Jalapeno Poppers:
5-6 jalapeños
1/3 cup softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons bacon pieces
spice to taste
*Cut & take all the seeds out of the jalapeños. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Fill jalapeños with mixture. Cook in the air fryer at 370 degrees for 15 minutes.
Macros: (2 per serving)
Fat: 6 grams
Calories: 81
Protein: 3 grams
Net Carbs: 3 grams
Macros for Chaffles: (depends on what cheese you use) Per 2
Fat: 30 grams
Calories: 394
Protein: 6 grams
Net Carbs: 4 grams
