It's dessert time at our house, and tonight we're having a deliciously decadent cookie cheesecake. No flours of any kind are required.
Cookie Dough
1 cup nut butter (no sugar peanut butter)
1/2 cup sweetener (Pyure, stevia or erythritol)
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cheesecake Layer
1 block (8oz) full fat cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS sweetener (Pyure, stevia, or erythritol)
1/4 tsp lemon juice
