This is a short overview on how to use the very flashy yet still effective technique called "Tornado kick", or 360-540 spinning roundhouse kick, or Kaiten Mawashi Geri.
It's considered by many to be only for show and of no use in fighting, but I would disagree. It's useful when applied at the appropriate time and with correct technique.
In this video I aim to explain a bit about how to perform the technique and when to use it.
This technique can work well in the context of Karate (Kyokushin or otherwise), Taekwondo, MMA, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
