Feel stuck with your high kick progression? If you don't already do these simple drills, you are likely missing out!
Just adding these 3 drills to your daily routine, 10-15 minutes of extra work a day is guaranteed to give you noticeable improvements in just days. After a month your kicks should be a different beast. Be careful to follow the instructions though or it may not give results.
