5AM days in london 📦 i've moved out my flat..my nightmare neighbour, routines & starting fresh

Описание: welcome back all 🤍 this is two 5am days in london during a big period of change. longest video ive posted on here but necessary

day one is moving day. i wake up early, make my tea and share a brief morning chat with context of why i’ve had to move. the day is spent working while moving between my old flat and my new place, unpacking where i can and trying to settle into a new space. unfortunately picked the wrong day as it was raining non stop!! later that evening, i order my favourite takeaway and sit down to properly explain what’s been going on.

this is where i share more honestly about the situation with my neighbour, why i had to move for my own safety and peace of mind, and how i’m feeling now. it’s a bit emotional, but I'm just truly choosing myself and moving forward in 2026.

day two is a return to my usual routine. a classic 5am morning with green tea, reading, getting ready for pilates and heading to class before commuting into the office. after a full work day, i head home on a rainy london evening, do a little tea shopping, shower, enjoy a lil apple crumble dessert, and wind down with a book update before bed!

this video is about finding steadiness after such a disruption, leaning on routines, and starting fresh even when things haven’t been easy.
