welcome back all!!! 🤍 this vlog follows a couple of 5am days in my life living and working in london a mix of wfh day, office day, routines and very real moments in between ofc.
day one is a work-from-home day starting with my morning routine, leg day at the gym, a mini food shop and some adulting tasks (tax, booking my hair appt). i make a hearty dinner, unbox and try out my new dji mic, and share what i’m currently watching on tv.
day two is another early start with reformer pilates before commuting into the office. i take you through a full london work day, some typical after-work browsing, heading home for dinner, a bit of chit chat, a book update and a calm wind-down before bed.

salad dressing recipe
1/4 tsp caster sugar
115ml extra virgin olive oil
30ml water
1tsp sea salt
25g basil
25g mint leaves
25g spinach
1tsp dijon mustard
1 juice of lemon
method: add all ingredients to blender, and blend to your desired consistency!
