My girlfriend and I trained and finished one of the hardest fitness races that's been going around the world right now. Hyrox is a race made up of 8km of running and 8 strength stations, alternating between 1km and 1 station.
AND we're coming back with vengeance this weekend in Phoenix, competing again. Who knows if we've gotten any faster...
