One of these is a thermo cycling test to evaluate radiator core resistance to alternating hot and cold environments. The second is an endurance test designed to estimate the system's life span. There is no better alternative to factory testing and no good substitute for engines and radiators that designed to work together from inception. When the engine and radiator system are designed to work together, and properly tested, the chance of failure is reduced and efficient operation is enhanced. Pairing a generator with a loose radiator in the field can lead to unknown risks and problems.
