Europe - Flag Map Time-lapse | Part 3: Flags - SRPFC

Описание: You will see that the Eraser and Lasso tools are used a lot in this video, including the Rectangular Marquee tool. Sometimes, these tools can't be used and instead I had to use the Magic Wand tool to select a country. I then go to a flag layer in which they could occupy the selected country, and then delete the selection from that layer. Everything behind the scenes can be seen from the final product with the borders/coastlines layer turned off.
