This 30 minute class is all about releasing the spine and
opening up through the shoulders - perfect for anyone who is sat at a desk all day and is looking for a little bit of movement. We will focus on twisting and heart openers in this class and hopefully will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go back to the desk.
This practise is only short so perfect to fit around your schedule. Whether that be before, after or even on your LUNCH BREAK!
