Recipe:-

INGREDIENTS:-

1⁄2 cup butter
1 cup MB breakfast sugar 1 cup thick curd
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp milk
2 pinch kesar in the milk 1.75 cups refined flour 1.5 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
3⁄4 tsp cardamom
Pista flakes
Rose petals

METHOD:-

🧨Cream together the butter and sugar until light and flu�y.
🧨Add in vanilla, kesar, milk and the curd and whisk well until combined.
🧨Sift in the dry ingredients and gently beat in.
🧨Transfer to a lined cake tin.
🧨Top with flour dusted pista flakes and rose petals.
🧨Bake at 180 C for 35 -40 minutes till the inserted skewer comes out clean.
🧨Garnish with more pista and rose petals.
