Rugelach
Dough:
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 C Butter
2 C Flour
Mix together until well combined - chill dough for at least 2 hours or overnight
Filling:
1/2 C Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 C Raisins
1 C Walnuts - chopped
Place sugar & cinnamon in a bowl, stir unutil combined
Cut dough in 2. Place 1/2 back in fridge. Roll dough to 1/8" thickness. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar,
raisins & nuts. Take a pizza cutter or butter knife and slice the dough legnth wise approx 1 1/2" apart. Start
to roll the dough until it is sealed, cut and place on a baking sheet.
Bake on a high rack 425 for 20 - 25 minutes. Only bake one tray at a time
Immediately roll in sugar when they come out of the oven.
