Get abs in 30 days by doing this 10 min ab workout everyday. If you want your 6 pack abs to show this ab workout challenge is for you!
I personally only train abs with my bodyweight, no equipment or gym, and I've been doing these exercises for the last couple of weeks and I've seen a great improvement in both the strength and shape of my abs.
I recommend you to do this workout at least once a day (or even two times a day for faster results).
Note: It's important to take rest days throughout the 30 days. Just listen to your body and take rest when you need to. Also, remember, abs are cultivated in training but harvested in the kitchen. Combining this challenge with a healthy diet is required.
