This is a simple, pretty and easy aerial hoop beginner . It's a twisting inside the hoop movement that creates beautiful aerial hoop pose that's also a great rest pose inside the lyra. It's a good beginner lyra challenge for aerial hoop beginner and intermediate aerial hoop students, and you don't need much aerial hoop flexibility (read that as "no aerial hoop splits required) :)
