More lovely long lines ⭐️ Arabesque⭐️ and variations.
Begin leaning out of the hoop, shoulder drawing down and lats engaged. The hoop should be at the top of your thigh, the fleshy part, so that you have control in the rotation and the leg is protected.
Rotate through the hip as you open out, the knee will now be pointing towards the mat. Again, ensure you are active through the supporting side to share the weight and help this rotation.
For the reverse arabesque, lead with the knee to rotate, and arch through the back as you open out.
