How to properly do a Bodyweight Squat

Thank you for coming to my channel. Today we will learn how to properly do a bodyweight squat. Once you master the form, you can add resistance bands or weights for increased intensity.
1. Stand with your feet a little wider than hips. Keep your chest up(proud) and core engaged(locked).
2. Sink your hips back and descend into a squat while the knees travel in line with the toes.
3. At the bottom of squat, thighs should hit parallel or lower (depending on your body frame) and elbows should come in between your knees.
4. Drive back up through the heels and contract glutes at the top.
