How to do a plank with hip dips

Thank you for coming to my channel. Today we will learn how to properly do a plank with hip dips.
1. Lie on your stomach and place your forearms on ground so your elbows are directly under your shoulders. Extend your legs behind you, hip-width apart and ground your toes into the floor.
2. Engage your core, squeeze glutes and start to raise it off the ground, keeping spine straight so you are in a forearm plank.
3. Slowly drop hips to the left and right, hover a few inches above the ground or as far as you can go without overarching your back.
4. Return to center.
