In this epic episode we show every detail of completing the budget overhaul of our small block chevy race engine we plan to install in the leaf spring Camaro. We start out with block prep by showing the process of cutting cylinder ridges out with a ridge reamer. Our honing was done using a Lisle #15000 first using #180 grit stones, then #280 stones and explain the honing process. Deck prep, file fit piston ring installation, and all the assembly details from Crankshaft to head installation are all here. It's a long one but a good one and I hope you enjoy it :)
