How to Make Sourdough Bread! (No stress, laid back method)

Instructions:
1. Feed sourdough starter
Once doubled in size at peak activity:
2. Mix:
330 grams of lukewarm water
100 grams of active sourdough starter
10 grams of salt
450 grams of bread flour
3. Let rest for 30 minutes
4. Stretch and fold the dough
Let rest 30 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
5. Let the dough rise until doubled in size (dependent on the temperature in the kitchen, I usually go 6hrs)
6. Shape and place in fridge to cold ferment overnight or at least 6-8 hours
7. Preheat oven to 500-450 F and place dutch oven in the oven.
8. Place the dough in dutch oven and bake for 20 minutes at 450 F with the lid on
9. Remove lid and bake for another 20 minutes or until desired results.
