In this clip, we discuss whether primary issues are related to costs, infrastructure, or devices. Most people are finding their internet bill is very high and many don’t have internet or devices at all. In these situations, how are kids in these families supposed to keep up with schoolwork and prevent themselves from falling too far behind? We have to start working on these approaches by informing and educating communities as they have been living with big disadvantages for a very long time.
