Namaste and welcome to this complete 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga class.
In today’s practice, we move through a thoughtful, intelligently sequenced flow designed to guide the mind and body into a peaceful, grounded space. We’ll explore balancing postures and core strength before allowing the practice to rise and fall smoothly with the rhythm of the breath.
This class invites both challenge and compassion — encouraging you to move with awareness, focus, and presence.
As always, if you feel discomfort or have any injuries, pause, modify, or rest. Yoga is not a competition. There is no need for pain or force. If you feel inspired to challenge yourself, do so mindfully — without judgment.
We begin with grounding before building into a steady Vinyasa flow, and finish with a well-earned wind down to integrate the practice.
