Описание: Foundation of good #posture starts with a #neutral pelvis, stack the rib cage directly above, holding it there with the #abdominals. Posture cannot be corrected from the shoulders as the scapulae lie on the ribs like a baby on a mother's back. As long as the rib cage is bent forward the shoulders will follow. Once the rib cage is in neutral the shoulders will be in the right place naturally. But the rib cage cannot be neutral unless the pelvis is in good alignment. Start with the foundation.
