When we had Wagyu beef cubes, half of the pack was reserved for another recipe - this is our version of Wagyu Beef Cubes Salpicao.
This is another easy and delicious recipe. The first time we cooked the cubes, it was seasoned with salt and pepper only. In this recipe, the addition of butter, oyster sauce, and paprika just made it more savory and delicious.

Try our Wagyu Beef Cubes Salpicao and you will love it!
Ingredients:
500g Wagyu Beef Cubes (Saikoro Steak)
6 garlic cloves, sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil or cooking oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp each of paprika and salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 small can of mushroom stems & pieces (or whole button mushrooms)
Procedure:
1. Fry the garlic slices until golden brown and set them aside.
2. In the same pan, cook the Wagyu beef cubes. Turn the other side occasionally until well-cooked.
3. Remove excess oil. Leave enough for cooking.
4. Add unsalted butter and oyster sauce. Mix.
5. Combine the mushrooms. Add paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix to blend well.
6. Turn off the heat. Transfer to a sizzling plate.
7. Top with fried garlic. Enjoy!
