RECIPE:
500g Wagyu
1bulb Garlic
3tbsp Soy Sauce
20g Cube of Butter
10ml Olive Oil
90g Shiitake
1tbsp Papprika
Leek Curls of garnish
To taste Salt and Pepper
TIPS:
*Make sure your pan is hot enough before searing your wagyu cubes.
*Make sure your wagyu cubes is not frozen when cooking, it should be room temperature.This allows the meat to cook more evenly and faster.
*Don't be afraid of salt when you season your beef, this will make your wagyu cubes more flavorful.
*When searing your wagyu for me, I don't need to add oil to the pan because there is too much fat on the beef already.
