Today I have a true toning Pilates workout for you a mix of classical 🩰and contemporary 💃mat exercises designed to build strength, control, and endurance.
There are no repeats in this workout, but we are holding each movement for 60 seconds so the burn will build, and it will build slowly. This is controlled, intentional toning.
We’ll take slightly longer breaks between exercises to make sure we reset properly and perform each movement precise form.
No equipment is needed, but if you have a very grippy or sticky mat, grab a towel for when we move into our sliding skaters.
Roll out your mat, wear something comfy, and let’s feel that BURN🔥
