Описание: Marijuana legalization was a Liberal Party promise in the 2015 federal election. Bill C-45 was introduced in 2017 by the Liberal government to create a legal framework for the production, distribution, sale and possession of cannabis in Canada. In 2018, the Cannabis Act was passed, making Canada the 2nd country in the world to legalize recreational cannabis. Now, 5 years later, Outburst took to the streets to ask Canadians if they feel cannabis legalization is working.
