🔥 The Perfect Daily Routine?
You may want to do a mobility routine like this every day. Wonder why?
The selection of exercises covers all major joints (spine, shoulders, hips) & their movement patterns. 🦴
These are relatively easy to perform or can be modified for each individual. 🤸🏼‍♀️
The selected exercises include multiple joints and/or movement patterns and are therefore a more efficient use of your time. ⏳

Disclaimer: please be aware that there’s no such thing as a truly perfect „one size fits it all“ routine. To name just a few reasons why:
💡 we all have different prerequisites (anatomically/genetically)
💡 we all live different lives & jobs that influence our range of motion
💡 we are all in different stages of our movement / training journeys
💡 we need mobility for different things (think specificity, e.g. for sports: maximum mobility is not always beneficial)

Before you overthink this keep in mind: any movement is better than none at all. 🤸🏼‍♀️
