Jose Luis Vilson is a full time math teacher in the Washington Heights. He's also the executive director of EduColor, an organization dedicated to race and social justice issues in education. As such, Jose has learned how vitally important it is for teachers -- both as individuals and as a collective -- to have a seat at the table in conversations that affect education. In this Talk, Jose discusses how you define and how you defend Teacher Voice.
