Woodturning - Hybrid Purple Burl

Описание: In this woodturning video I will transform an Australian red mallee burl into a hybrid dragon egg. Using epoxy resin with wood can lead to some fantastic result and in this project, I also tried different techniques to paint the wood to enhance the effect. Used colour shifting epoxy pigments with two-part resin then the blank was ready to be casted. Wet sanded all the way to 3000 grit then a good polish made it look like glass.
