Woodturning – Golden Burl Beauty

Описание: In this woodturning video, I will turn an Australian mallee burl or burr into a beautiful mini vase. Used gold epoxy resin and mix epoxy pigments what really completed the light brown wood colour. When working on hybrid woodturning project like this I use negative rake carbide tips what woks great on resin to reduce (stop) any chip out while turning on the lathe. Wet sanded all the way to 2000grit and a light polish and buff to bring the shine out. Happy watching 😉
