In this video, 35 MIKE MEDIA conducts a First Amendment audit at a Trader Joe’s location to document how employees and police respond to public photography in publicly accessible areas.
The purpose of this recording is education and awareness. Filming in public is a constitutionally protected activity under the First Amendment, and the public has a right to record matters of public interest from areas they are legally allowed to be.
This video is not intended to harass or provoke anyone. The goal is to promote transparency, accountability, and mutual understanding between citizens and public servants.
