ANOTHER SINKHOLE AT THE BRIDGEWATER CANAL BREACH! EARTH DAM UPDATE - 28th of Jan

Описание: Its the 28th of January today, almost 13 months since the Bridgewater canal first breached on that fateful morning back on the 1st of January 2025, and we've headed back to Little Bollington to film another update on the Bridgewater canal breach, as works are full steam ahead at installing the new earth dam, to replace the aging cofferdams, which are now on their last legs. Works are nearing completion with the earth dam now, but what about the sinkhole, which we discovered last time? There's good news and bad news. The good news is the sinkhole has been filled in, well, at least it looks like it from as close as I could get with the drone. The bad? Well, it looks like there's a new, bigger sinkhole, right in the middle of the cofferdam! A date was also given to me for when they are removing one of the cofferdams! And it's very soon.
