INGREDIENTS
Banana Muffin Batter
▢ 200 g all-purpose flour (1⅔ cups)
▢ 1 tsp baking powder
▢ 1 tsp baking soda
▢ ½ tsp salt
▢ 300 g mashed over-ripe bananas (1¼ cups / about 3 medium)
▢ 130 g granulated sugar (⅔ cup)
▢ 70 g brown sugar (⅓ cup, packed)
▢ 1 large egg (50 g)
▢ 60 ml vegetable oil (¼ cup)
▢ 150 g chocolate chips (¾ cup)

Crumble Topping
▢ 45 g salted butter, melted (3 tbsp)
▢ 75 g granulated sugar (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
▢ 75 g all-purpose flour (½ cup + 1 tbsp)
▢ ¼ tsp cinnamon

Extra Topping
▢ 60–100 g chocolate chips (⅓–½ cup)

💡 Baking Tip: Start baking at a higher temperature for the first 5 minutes — this gives you tall, bakery-style muffin domes. Then lower the temperature to finish baking evenly.
