Описание: Welcome to DAY 3 of your 10 DAY PILATES CHALLENGE with Liv Aligned Pilates!

Over 10 days, we will complete a 20 minute Pilates based workout together every day to form routine, feel strong, become flexible & overall FEEL-GOOD within our bodies & minds.

Today’s Workout is a lower body burn! Think strong legs & sizzling glutes. A strong lower body contributes to many benefits such as a foundation for good posture, lower back pain relief & more power and stability in your day to day life. I love a good Booty Burner & I hope you enjoy this one!

This challenge is all about setting aside some time for yourself each day, to find enjoyment within exercise and therefore, facilitate the opportunity to create more consistent workout habits to lead you towards your fitness goals.

This challenge requires no equipment, just yourself & some space to move. It is suitable to all levels of fitness, just ensure you take breaks & modify exercises when needed - you know your body best.
