Throughout the next 25 days, you'll experience a variety of workouts, ranging from 5 to 30 minutes. Life isn't always predictable, so this challenge adapts to your needs. Whether you have a few minutes or a little longer, there’s a session that fits your day—without the pressure to be rigid or perfect.
