Ingredients:

• 2 potatoes thin sliced
• 3 tomatoes thin sliced
• I big onion thin sliced
• Crushed garlic, 2 green chilli
• Basic masala, coriander leaves
• Mustard oil 2 to 3 tbsp, water,salt
