Hi today I am sharing once again how to make swiss meringue buttercream and hopefully this answers some questions
Basic Swiss Meringue Butter Cream is 1-2-3 so if you are using a cup use this principle as well like for example if you have 1/4 cup of eggwhite use 1/2 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup of butter
For the recipe enough to ice 2 layers of 8 inch cake and 12 cupcakes
178 g of eggwhite
356 g of sugar
534 g of butter
