Vanilla Cupcakes
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (191 grams)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened (113 grams)
1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
3 large eggs room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk room temperature (120 ml)
Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream
3 large egg whites
1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
18 tbsp unsalted butter room temperature (255 grams)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
