The incident took place on Hill Head Road, Stubbington on 26/04/2021. This case has been listed for court with the first hearing on 14/02/2022 at Aldershot Magistrates court where the defendant will have the opportunity to enter a plea of Guilty or Not Guilty.
The driver pleaded Not Guilty, it was then referred to Southampton magistrates court on 23/04/2022
After a short court appearance, the driver was found guilty of Driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention, and fined £300, with £300 court costs and 3 points on licence.
