What a smashing start to March, 599 runners on our promenade, overcast but still, pacers at the ready. Runners pushing their limits.

It's good to still see the numbers high, although it does make for a crowded start. Today we're following the 24-minute pacer again, as I did last weekend. Stay close and match his splits.
