I’ve continued to eliminate processed sugar, grains, and dairy from my diet, and I’m focusing deeply on breathing and pausing before eating, to better understand the root of my cravings. The result? I feel lighter, more energized, and like my body is finally starting to shrink and release what it no longer needs.
