In this video I show you how to do a belly dance movement called an "omi" which is an interior pelvic circle. This move requires a lot of muscle strength and control, so keep working at it! You will be engaging your lower abdominals, pelvic floor muscles, psoas, and obliques. I personally like knowing what muscles I am working as it helps me to visualize and execute the movement. Keep working at it and the move will get stronger and stronger and more defined and sharp.
