🍽 Ingredients:
Tomatoes
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
3 large garlic cloves pressed
1tsp olive oil
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/2TBS Cherry Balsamic Vinegar (added at the end)

Chicken
4 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup prepared Pesto
1 large egg, beaten
3/4 cup seasoned Panko
3/4 cup Parmesan Bread Crumbs
Olive Oil Spray

8 thin slices of Fresh Mozzarella
Chopped fresh Basil, for garnish
