2 tblsp Greek yogurt or sour cream.

Black pepper.
Olive oil.
1 Onion.
1 can of canned tuna.
5g Butter.
150f cheese.
Cherry tomato.
Parsley.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
