In the fourth class you can see how the strategies presented in previous classes are applied in the real word. Miriam shows specific strategies and the therapy hierarchy with a boy who has a repaired cleft palate. It's important to remember that oral motor exercises should never be used in therapy because there are no studies that support their efficacy in improving cleft palate speech.
