Panel 4: Copyright and AI
This panel will consider both how AI models are trained, and whether works created using AI technology may be registered for copyright. The panelists will also discuss the recently introduced NO FAKES Act and relevant U.S. Copyright Office developments pertaining to AI and copyright.
