Third party litigation funding (TPLF) is a multi-billion-dollar industry that is drawing attention from Courts and Congress. This panel will examine the potential benefits and harms of TPLF, including National Security concerns relating to actors from China and the Middle East and the costs and benefits of proposed legislation and disclosure rules.
