THE STORY: This property stuck out "like a sore thumb" in a well-manicured neighborhood. When we stopped to investigate, a neighbor approached us with a terrifying backstory: the previous owner used to sit on the porch with a gun, threatening anyone—including the bank—who tried to enter or mow the lawn.
